Represented the seller in connection with the sale of an approximately 500,000 square foot retail shopping center with over 40 tenants located in Tarrant County, Texas, which closed approximately 45 days from contract execution.

Liechty, McGinnis, Berryman & Bowen represented a publicly traded healthcare REIT in connection with an acquisition of multiple parcels of property on a medical campus in Garland, Texas.

Represented an international telecom company in leasing a ground-up, build-to-suit, state of the art industrial manufacturing and warehousing facility of over 300,000 square feet, including negotiating economic incentives granted by the City, County and State, that has been publicly recognized by the Mayor, the Governor and the President of the United States.

Represented client in obtaining a Special Use Permit with the City of Rockwall. 

Represented a craft beer company in connection with obtaining a zoning change to allow craft/micro breweries in the Downtown District of a city in the DFW Metroplex.

Represented sublandlord in the sublease of over 180,000 square feet of office space to a national tenant, with all negotiations completed within 3 weeks.

Represented the seller in the sale of a $95M portfolio of retail properties, consisting of 8 stores leased by a national big-box retailer.

Represented a major client to close a sale leaseback of a portion of its corporate headquarters.  A team of five attorneys worked together to close this complex transaction ahead of schedule.

Represented the buyer in a $90M acquisition of a large retail shopping center in Williston, Vermont with nearly 40 tenants and anchored by several national retail tenants, and in the negotiation of secured financing.

Represented the buyer on sale leaseback of a 163K square foot corporate headquarters for a large credit tenant national beverage company in New England.
