Practice Areas
Daniel practices in all areas of commercial real estate including real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and financing. His practices focuses primarily on commercial lending institutions in the negotiation and closing of real estate secured lending transactions involving construction loans, permanent loans, revolving loan facilities, intercreditor agreements and participations. Daniel has also represented lenders and other stakeholders in various bankruptcy matters, foreclosures and UCC Article 9 dispositions, general assignments, receiverships, and out of court restructurings and work-outs.
History
Prior to joining LMBB, Daniel was with the international law firms of Milbank LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in their Los Angeles offices.
