Practice Areas
Lorne practices in all areas of commercial real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and financing representing buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, landlords and tenants. Lorne has extensive experience in sale leaseback transactions having represented clients in many multi-state sale-leaseback transactions (including one, involving over 325 properties across the United States). Lorne has significant experience representing non-profit corporations as well as in the formation and structuring of limited partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies for the purposes of both real estate development and business operations.
History
Prior to founding LMBB, Lorne worked for the large Dallas based law firm of Johnson & Swanson, Southmark Corporation, and as the Dallas Regional Manager with the Federal Asset Disposition Association.
