Kristy practices in all areas of commercial real estate including real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and financing. Her primary focus is representing commercial lending institutions in connection with negotiation and closing of real estate lending transactions throughout the United States including construction loans, interim bridge loans, mezzanine loans, permanent loans, revolving loan facilities, intercreditor agreements and participations.
