Clayton Greenberg practices in all areas of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing representing buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, landlords, and tenants. In addition, Clayton has represented clients in construction law as it relates to the development of K-12 public schools, as well as college dormitory and apartment development.
History
Before joining LMBB, Clayton started his career with Locke Lord LLP. Clayton has worked in-house for national title and escrow settlement services’ agents and underwriters. In addition, Clayton served as counsel for the bond program of one the largest public school districts in Texas, as well as general counsel for a charter school district serving over 20,000 students.
